🎉 Starter Discount: All new clients receive 10% off their first billed service.
👵 Senior Discount: Clients aged 65 and older receive an additional 5% off with valid photo ID.

Emergency After-Hours Any time outside standard hours $185/hour

Weekend Surcharges: Residential and hybrid support on Sundays is billed at a 35% increase. Business support on Sundays is billed at a 20% increase.

Emergency Rates: After-hours commercial emergencies are billed at $185/hour. Emergency work is prioritized and logged for SLA compliance.

Discount Policy: Starter and senior discounts may be combined for a total of up to 15% off your first service. A valid government-issued photo ID is required to qualify for the senior discount.
